In this area, AET seeks to adopt the following development principles:
Implement a sustainable plan – to provide critical skills and talent supply in
support of sustainability and continuity.
Prioritizing its services, processes, development, infrastructure, and capacity with
the objective to be a first-rate leading provider of innovative and value-add
engineering, design and construction solutions in Africa and beyond.
AET identified goals that includes:

Achieving it’s staff and skills training and youth development objectives
•
Curving a niche scheme with the purpose of assisting historically
disadvantaged students who cannot afford to pay their fees to pursue
their education
•
Opportunity for successful students to work at AET during their vacation
periods. This gives them practical experience in their chosen field of study
•
Opportunity for successful students to work for a minimum of 3 months
at AET to gain experience
•
Development of a yard engineering workshop and equipment
investment support. The key objective is to give students practical
experience in the following fields:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- HVAC: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
A key critical element influencing student training and development
challenges include corporate social investment participation. AET strives to
position itself for access to prospective stakeholder and partnership
corporate social investment in line with the above-mentioned initiatives.
